1. How often do you update stock levels?
Our stock levels are updated daily.
2. An item is showing as ‘out of stock’ but I would still like to buy it:
If you need to place your order straight away, please email onlinesales@lk-uk.com and a member of our team will help make this happen. Alternatively, our stock levels are updated daily so please check again in 24 hours and your items should be available to purchase.
Orders
1. What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
2. I would like to amend the quantities in my order, how do I do this?
If your order fulfilment status is showing ‘unfulfilled’, we can still make changes to your order. Please email onlinesales@lk-uk.com and a member of our team will be happy to assist.
If your fulfilment status is showing ‘fulfilled’, or you have received a notification to say your order has been despatched, then we are unable to make any changes to your order.

3. I would like to cancel my order, how do I do this?

5. Can I track my order?
Delivery
1. My order is showing as ‘delivered’ but I have not received it:

2. I have received my goods but there is a problem with my order:

3. How long does it take for you to despatch an order?
We aim to despatch all orders to mainland UK within 3 working days.
4. Where do you ship?
We can ship nationally and internationally, although delivery times may vary. If you require international shipping, please contact our team who can process your order.
5. Do you offer a click & collect service?
If you would prefer to collect your goods in person, then please contact us to arrange a suitable date and time for collection. Please note that all goods will be loaded by forklift so attending vehicles
must be suitable for this purpose.
Returns
1. What is your returns policy?
If you would like to return your items, please complete our Returns Forms within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Once we have received this, someone will contact you within 24 hours
regarding your return. Please read our terms & conditions for more details on our returns policy.
2. Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges.
